In addition to providing financial assistance to Access Partners Scholarship Fund student recipients, our foundation seeks to do more for our participants. They are assigned a mentor and they are matched with a successful businessperson either from the Access Partners organization or from within our foodservice / janitorial industry. The mentor takes responsibility to help the student achieve their goals, everything from instructing them how to conduct themselves in a job interview to what attire to wear to work. We expose them to professional business practices so that they can enter the job market confidently and successfully.
